بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ

On December 20, 2025, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Innisfil held a Jalsa Seeratun Nabi — a gathering commemorating the life of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) — at Baitul Badi Mosque. The program took place following the Maghrib and Isha prayers and was attended by approximately 133 members, including members of Lajna Ima’illah.

The program began with a recitation of the Holy Qur’an and its translation, followed by an Urdu poem, a Hadith, and a profound excerpt from the writings of the Promised Messiah (peace be upon him).

Nouman Ahmad Sahib, a seventh-year student of Jamia Ahmadiyya Canada, delivered an insightful presentation highlighting the etiquettes of worship as exemplified by the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), with particular emphasis on conduct within the mosque and the observance of Salat.

The keynote address was delivered by Maulana Farhan Iqbal Sahib, National Secretary Tabligh, who spoke on “The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and the Remembrance of Allah.” His address resonated deeply with the audience, especially the youth, and underscored the centrality of divine remembrance in the life of a believer.

An interactive Kahoot quiz was also held to engage participants and test their knowledge of early Islamic history and the Seerat (life) of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Prizes were awarded to the top three participants, while all Atfal and young Khuddam in attendance received chocolates in encouragement of their participation.

A non-Ahmadi Muslim family also attended the programme. Their children formed immediate friendships with Ahmadi Muslim youth, and the family has since become a positive Tabligh contact for the Jama’at.

The Jalsa concluded with a silent prayer, followed by dinner, providing an opportunity for members to engage in fellowship and further reflection in a spirit of unity and brotherhood.
