By the grace of Allah the Almighty, a Senior Ansar (aged 70 and above) Get-Together was held on December 21, 2025, under the arrangement of the Department of Umur-e-Amma, Melville Halqa. The gathering proved to be a heart-warming and memorable occasion, marked by sincere prayers, warm fellowship, and the loving participation of all attendees.
Senior Ansar thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtfully planned program, which provided a relaxed and welcoming environment for meaningful conversations and renewed bonds of brotherhood. A well-arranged sit-down dinner further enhanced the spirit of camaraderie and offered an excellent opportunity for participants to reconnect and share experiences.
As a small token of appreciation and gratitude, each senior Nasir was presented with a carefully prepared gift basket. The basket included a winter hat, a large chai/coffee mug, mixed nuts, and a prayer book published by Majlis Ansarullah Canada—reflecting the care, respect, and affection held for our elders.
The event truly embodied the spirit of love, respect, and brotherhood that lies at the heart of Jama‘at activities. We are sincerely grateful to the respected Murabbiyan, Respected Local Amir Sahib (Vaughan Jama’at), Secretary Umur-e-Amma Vaughan, and all honoured guests who graciously attended and enriched the gathering with their presence.
